I owngrowth across five micromarkets.

Product Manager, 3+ years across B2B SaaS and AI. I take a fuzzy commercial goal, turn it into a program with owners, a tracker and a number to beat — then run it. Hands-on with APIs, SQL and the analytics, so nobody has to translate for me.

case studies

Product work, with the numbers attached

the problem

Growth was spread thin across five micromarkets with no shared view of which cohorts actually mattered — and almost nobody ordered in the app. Roughly 3% of the network used it; the rest still bought offline.

what i did

Segmented the base by cohort, built margin-aware discount ladders and ran full-funnel AARRR analytics. Migrated offline purchasers into in-app ordering with targeted lifecycle campaigns, and led a three-phase go-to-market launch for a new product line across product design, marketing, sales and customer success.

what shipped

An analytics dashboard centralising KPI reporting across every market, and an automated end-to-end communication pipeline — AI cohort segmentation, triggered lifecycle campaigns, KPI reporting — replacing manual ops with always-on engagement. Plus the RRDC-2 rewards ladder and the operator's playbook the team runs on.

I scope what the model can actually do before it reaches a roadmap, then own the rollout and the number it's meant to move.

I read the API docs myself.
Python, SQL and REST APIs, so I can prototype the flow and check the output quality before asking anyone to build it.

what i'm for

Where I'm actually useful

01

GTM & program design

Turning a commercial goal into a program with cohorts, ladders, owners and a date it gets reviewed.

loyalty mechanics · coupon stages · subscription economics
02

Growth & adoption

Moving a number that the business already cares about — GMV, transacting users, the share of orders that happen in the product.

cohort segmentation · AARRR funnels · lifecycle campaigns
03

Retention & lifecycle

RFM cohorts, chase-back funnels and 90-day plans aimed at monthly transacting users, not vanity signups.

RFM segmentation · MTU plans · churn win-back
04

Analytics & dashboards

The dashboard a sales lead opens on their own, without me in the room to explain it.

Metabase · Mixpanel · SQL · funnel instrumentation
05

Technical depth

I scope the integration myself — APIs, auth, data flows — and check feasibility before it becomes someone else's problem.

REST APIs · Python · AWS · Agile/Scrum
06

Translation

Coupon stages and loyalty math explained to sales in plain language, and the commercial reality explained back to engineering.
